All orders are subject to inventory availability. Orders will not be processed without approved credit. Please see our detailed order policy under FAQ.

Site Pricing Disclaimer

We strive to maintain the most updated pricing on all our products. However, from time to time, the price of an item may fluctuate to reflect a change in market conditions. As such, we reserve the right to alter the published price of a product at any time. If either a quote you have been given or an item you have previously ordered has a price change, the new price will apply. The order will not be processed without your approval of the updated price.

Site Images

We make best efforts to provide color-correct product images on our site that reflect the actual appearance of the products. Web site images, however, are limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail consistently on a variety of computer monitors and settings. If you are uncertain about the actual appearance of a specific product or color, please request a sample before placing an order.

Merchandise Consistency

While we have high standards for the suppliers and manufacturers we use, manufacturing variations are unavoidable. By choosing to place an order with rushIMPRINT, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color, printing and packaging. A typical example of this is variation in apparel dye-lots.

Cancellations and Order Modifications

Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order. rushIMPRINT will make our best faith effort to comply with your cancellation/modification requests. In addition, you will be required to pay the agreed upon price for any work completed up to the time the order is cancelled. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will remain your responsibility.

Shipping Disclaimers

While rushIMPRINT specializes in rush production of printed promotional products, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, logistical, and other instances beyond our control. Orders with missed delivery dates due to unforeseen transit delays by the carrier will not be refunded. In the event of a shipping delay, we will make every effort to acquire a reimbursement of the shipping cost from the carrier for you. If your shipment is marked as “delivered” or “signed for” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. "Missing" packages will not be reimbursed. If you wish to ship using your account number, you are responsible for the delivery, insurance and negotiating with carriers for reimbursements on lost/damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

Duties and Taxes: For orders shipping outside the U.S. and Canada, duties and taxes are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by rushIMPRINT. Please consult your local customs office to determine the charges due at time of delivery. Due to import/export restrictions, rushIMPRINT is unable to ship packages to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Kiribati, Libya, North Korea, and Somalia.

Overages and Shortages

You will be charged only for what you ordered. If there is an over run, you will not be charged extra. If you receive fewer than ordered, we will issue a credit.

Return Policy

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you have a quality concern, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-277-RUSH (7874) or e-mail: customerservice1@claytonkendall.com. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). Defective products or apparel will be replaced promptly. We will not accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects.

This site is created and controlled by rushIMPRINT in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Therefore, the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will govern these policies, terms and conditions, and disclaimers without reference to principles of conflict of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, policies, or terms and conditions at any time.

By placing an order through rushIMPRINT, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may use your email address to send you information and updates, including, new product announcements, newsletters, product details, services, contests, and promotions that we feel may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these types of promotional communications from us, you may select the unsubscribe link which is present in each email. Unsubscribing may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding special offers, improvements, or other updates.
